We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was ideal—perfect for watching the 4th of July fireworks throughout the valley, especially from the volleyball court area. The A/C kept us comfortable throughout our visit, and we appreciated the clear and thorough instructions from the host, which made check-in and our entire stay smooth and easy. The house offered plenty of flexible sleeping arrangements, with air mattresses and futons available to accommodate our group. The kitchens were functional, and we especially appreciated the large freezer in the garage—very handy for a longer stay. Water pressure was great, making showers refreshing. One minor downside: the landscaper applied fresh fertilizer during our stay, which caused an unpleasant backyard smell for the remainder of the trip. It wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. All in all, it was a great property that served our needs well. We'd gladly stay again!

Wow! This place was absolutely amazing. Brendon was so accommodating and flexible with us! It was the perfect place to hold our youth conference. The house had everything you could possibly need and more. Basketball, volleyball, lots of space, beautiful yard, private gazebo and fire out, great deck for eating outside. The house is huge and amazingly clean. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about our experience. It was great and I hope to be coming back!

Excellent place for a family getaway. Lots of space and a really cool tiered back yard. If I had to add something that could be better.... the kitchen stove had a lighting problem (somebody had tried to repair it, but it was still not lighting correctly.) Brendon was responsive and helpful when he was notified. Also, maybe some more dishes and cook ware--sharpen the knives etc. However, like I said, still a high recommend 5 stars.

Brandon's place was great. it was very spacious and very well kept. Spacious enough to host our party, there were plenty of bedrooms and pullout sofas, extra a folded beds. We enjoyed the kitchen and dinning, plenty of space for everyone to work around and gather for dinner and breakfast. Our only regret is not staying there longer. We would definitely come back given the opportunity.

We only stayed one night, but were pleased with the number of rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, quality toiletries. super fun play spaces inside and outside for the grandkids, and lots of kitchen, dining table, and living space. It was very quiet there. I loved the trees and sitting on the back deck. The only negative things are that the driveway was a little steep, and there were stairs to get to front door and inside to the main floor, but that's just personal preference and did not affect our enjoyment of our stay.

Couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Brandon’s place. It’s a beautiful home with so much to do. Everyone from the three year old to the adult chaperones were entertained and felt comfortable with the home. I booked this for my entire dance team and not only did we win our championship, we had an absolute blast making memories in this stellar Airbnb. Thanks again!

We had a great time here! Perfect for a large group getaway. The property seems like it might not be as well kept as it once was… the landscaping was a bit of a mess and some remotes needed battery changes and things like that. But overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this home!

Perfect location to accommodate our wedding party for our daughter’s wedding! Tons of space, plenty of bathrooms, Comfy beds and clean sheets! Our host was super responsive to our questions. Tons of privacy and a great place to rest after a big event. We highly recommend this place for large groups and family gatherings!

This was a great place for a family reunion. We enjoyed the game room, the tv's, the pickleball and basketball courts....the kids did not want for things to do. We took a hike around the nearby lake, it was beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit. It was a fun getaway!

We used Brendons home as a gathering place for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. It was only 8 min away from the Layton temple. Every family had a bedroom and there were ample bathrooms for ease in getting ready The kitchen is well stocked and everything is very roomy for a larger group. There are so many different gathering areas that no one was on top of anyone else. The grandkids spent hours in the playroom and in the backyard. The hot tub was a hit for all ages. It was March Madness and the ability to watch games in many locations was a plus. We loved having 4 oversized garage stalls to pull into for loading and unloading and security. There was a problem with the water heater and Brandon was right on it and had hot water for us by the time we returned that evening. We loved this house and would definitely rent again!
