This home is located 35 minutes from Salt Lake City. Tons of playgrounds and outdoor parks nearby for kids near the house. Great area for biking, running, skiing, and most of all, the hiking! The Bonneville Shoreline Trail is right outside the backyard, and is an easy family friendly hike. Plenty of hikes and waterfalls to experience in the area. All these things are noted in the Guest Handbook on the countertop in the kitchen, with lots of recommendations on fine dining, casual dining, hikes, and so many seasonal activities!
